Colin Lochery – Director
Colin Lochery is the founder and director of C & S Decorators Pty Ltd, bringing more than 45 years of hands-on experience to every project the business takes on. His career began in the construction industry, where he worked extensively across Europe and the Middle East, including major projects in Dubai. These early experiences instilled in him a deep understanding of building systems, high standards, and a respect for craftsmanship. When Colin returned to South Australia, he recognised a gap in the market for high-quality, no-nonsense painting services. He launched C & S Decorators with a simple philosophy: do it right the first time. Today, Colin remains actively involved in each project, guiding his team with the same values that built the business honesty, punctuality, precision, and pride. His leadership ensures that every job meets the company’s standards and that every client receives the benefit of his decades of knowledge and dedication.
